OPENING TOURNAMENT 6TH APRIL 2014

Town Walls kicked off the 2014 tennis season with their Opening Season Tournament on Sunday 6th April.  Winners were Teresa Thomas and Matt Troman with runners up, Rachel Taylor and Peter Barrett.  Club Presdident, Tony Legg, presented the prizes.  Thanks to Anne Hasnip tournament organiser and Les and Hazel Ritchie who organised the tournament schedule.  Thanks also to Tony Legg for donating the prizes.  All participants enjoyed a super afternoon tea of sandwiches and cakes. Despite the odd bout of drizzle it was a most enjoyable afternoon of tennis.
